Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment. We offer $3.50 flat-rate shipping on all US orders!
For custom orders or large format printing, please allow additional processing time of 3-5 business days before shipment.
Applying vinyl decals is easy! Here's a quick overview:
- Clean the surface with a damp cloth and let it dry completely
- Peel the backing paper away from the transfer tape
- Position the decal on your wall and smooth from center outward
- Slowly peel away the transfer tape at a 45-degree angle
- Use a squeegee or credit card to remove any air bubbles

Yes! We offer custom sizing on most of our decal products. Simply contact us with the design you're interested in and the dimensions you need. We'll provide a quote for your custom order.
Custom orders typically require 3-5 additional business days for production.
Our vinyl decals are designed to be removable and should not damage properly painted walls. However, results can vary based on:
- Paint quality and age (fresh paint may peel)
- Wall texture (smooth walls work best)
- How long the decal has been applied
We recommend waiting at least 2-3 weeks after painting before applying decals. For textured walls, contact us for recommendations.

- 30-day return window for unused, unopened items
- Free replacements for defective or damaged products
- Custom orders are final sale (non-returnable)

For best results when applying decals to wood surfaces:
- Seal the wood first - Apply a clear coat (like Mod Podge) to rough or unfinished wood. This creates a smooth surface for better adhesion.
- Clean the surface - Remove any dust, oils, or debris
- Let it dry completely - Wait 24 hours after sealing before applying decals
- Apply with pressure - Use a squeegee to firmly press the decal onto the surface
