We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wall Decor Plus More. This article covers our return policy, how to initiate a return or exchange, and what to do if your order arrives damaged.
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new and unopened. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned orders with a total value over $100.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Our Team Email us at service@walldecorplusmore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Receive Return Authorization Once approved, you will receive a return authorization with details on where and how to send your item back.
- Ship Your Return Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Receive Your Refund After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to appear, though it is often much faster.
What Can Be Returned
The following items are eligible for return within the 30-day window:
- Standard vinyl wall decals (unopened, in original packaging)
- Non-personalized products in unused condition
- Incorrect items sent in error (we cover return shipping)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the full refund to appear on your statement, although most refunds are completed much sooner. The timeline depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
Key refund details:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- A 15% restocking fee is deducted from refunds on orders over $100
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we cover all return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
- Document the Damage Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as soon as you notice the issue.
- Contact Us Right Away Email service@walldecorplusmore.com with your order number and the photos. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can resolve the issue.
- We Will Resolve It Depending on the situation, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping on items damaged in transit or due to manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different color, size, or style, our customer service team is happy to help. To arrange an exchange:
- Email service@walldecorplusmore.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange the item for
- Our team will confirm availability and provide instructions for the exchange process
- Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return window and condition requirements as regular returns
- Personalized and customized items cannot be exchanged
